 hroughout the program\, enjoying a full schedule of activities\, learning 
 opportunities\, and community-building experiences from arrival through de
 parture.\n\n \n\nBiology extends far beyond premed\, encompassing everythi
 ng from the study of entire ecosystems to the investigation of the molecul
 es that drive life itself. At this academy\, students will gain hands-on e
 xperience in ecology\, physiology\, and cell and molecular biology. Along 
 the way\, participants will discover the many exciting opportunities avail
 able to biology majors\, including environmental science\, biotechnology\,
  research\, and conservation.
