Get ready to flex your knowledge and explore the fascinating world of muscles at Muscle Power Camp! Campers will learn how muscles work, how they help us move, and how to keep them strong and healthy. Through hands-on activities, students will explore how exercise impacts muscle growth, and discover how the body’s muscles work together for everything from running to lifting. Whether testing reflexes or exploring the role of muscles in the body, this camp is a workout for both the body and the mind! 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️💡

· Dates: Thursday, July 10 – Friday, July 11

· Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., optional after camp care until 4:00 p.m. included 

· Location: Saint Francis University, Loretto, PA 

· Program Fee: $80
