Grow Lab: An Exploration of Plants

This camp is for children entering grades 1-3

Grow Lab Camp provides activities for growing minds. How do we decide if a tomato is ripe? How does a burdock seed “ride” on a sock? What animals depend on plants? Why are trees terrific? Students are the scientists, explorers, and problem solvers using their senses and minds to understand the natural world.

• Dates: Monday, July 17 - Wednesday, July 19
• Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Location: Saint Francis University, Loretto, PA 15940
• Program Fee: $120

• Registration Deadline: July 12 or when full. If camp is full, please email scienceoutreach@francis.edu to be added to the wait list, recieve updates and learn about other opportunities.

      Camped at Kids’ College in a previous year? Use PROMO CODE: returningcamper ($5 off per day) 
      SFU employee? Use PROMO CODE: sfuemployee ($5 off per day) 
      *Only one code can be used per camp. 

      On the registration form, list the name of a Kids’ College camp your child previously attended or list the employee’s name and department they work in at SFU so we can verify.
