Leadership Development Series

The Leadership Development Series is a three-part professional development program offered by Saint Francis University's Francis in the Marketplace. Through an interactive, hands-on learning experience, participants will explore the fundamentals of leadership, organizational culture, and conflict management while developing practical skills they can apply in today's workplace.

Participants who complete all three workshops will earn a Leadership Foundation Badge from Saint Francis University, recognizing their successful completion of the series.

Workshop 1: Fundamentals of Leadership

Develop a strong foundation in leadership by exploring what makes effective leaders successful. Participants will examine leadership styles, influence, decision-making, and the differences between leadership and management while gaining practical strategies to lead with confidence and make a greater impact within their organizations.
