The Red Flash Cheerleaders, Dancers and Mascots work hard every season to keep athletic events interactive for students AND families. Here at Saint Francis University, our Spirit Team attends as many campus and community events as we can throughout the year. In addition, we compete at NCA / NDA Collegiate Nationals in Daytona, FL. Every team member must cheer / dance for game day and it is your choice to compete if your tryout score qualifies you.

Being a member of this program means that you will commit at least 4 hours of practice per week and up to 12 total hours of events per week. That time involves (but is not limited to) practice, athletic competition, pep rallies, promotional appearances, community service, fundraising and our own conditioning. In exchange for your time and effort, our teams receive many benefits including scholarships from $400-$1,600 per semester.

Friday Tryouts are Optional but we are sizing uniforms and networking with Alumni in Stokes-Twyman

Saturday Tryouts is for practice and located in the Auxiliary Gym of Stokes
